Blumenau III is a covenant controlled communitylocated in the beautiful Wet Mountains just South East of Westcliffe and Silver Cliff, CO. Established in 1983 our community offers some of the most stunning views of the mighty Sangre de Cristo range in the region. The original subdivision consisted of 96 lots that contained wonderful stands of aspens, pines, and meadow. Back then and today we truly are "Rocky Mountain High in Colorado"!
